Local there is nothing wrong with going from club to club as you build on experience that way and I have learnt a lot from working with great managers and clubs.

I doubt people would forget me mate as I am not easily forgettable for good and bad reasons ( thought id get that in before you did )

Stick with me local and I reckon you would learn more than just history ;-)

Well it's good u finally settled somewhere as u were almost forgotten! Dolman has nothing to do with it just gotta respect he's been consistent year in year out where you've gone from club to club :-P thanks for the history lesson! ;-)

Oh and not managing for a long time I have been managing and coaching for 12 years at various levels so would say I have a stable background. Just not run my own club always been at other clubs!! Gaining experience at every stage.

With all that said its not what I have or haven't done previously it what I am doing now and I am hoping to be at Rovers for the long haul as we have a great club so don't want to go anywhere.

Well local it would seem you learn something new everyday. I was also town under 18 manager for 2 seasons too.

What has Dolman got to do with anything?

Yes we are Joint managers and Simo does far more than people give him credit for infact he does more than me.

As for targets not saying its between Simo myself and the players. As for smig he has committed to east Harling again this season which as their captain I expected.

Oh right didn't realise U were there that long I'm surprised!! Not done much managing for a long period tho unlike someone like dolman who has been a stable manager for a long time. Joint manager?? I thought u ran the show and simo was there to just keep everyone onside ;-) who's ya targets for the summer then?? I hear Ur after Smig and bowers

I was Thetford Town manager for 3 seasons so but unfair only at Brandon for one season granted.

Whilst work is busy I am 100% committed to next season along with Joint Manager Simo.

Fair enough it just seemed from ur previous statement of how u want to test yourselves against better sides that u were going to go after bigger clubs for friendlies which I dont think is best way to go! Reason I ask brooksie is cos u never do 2 seasons in a row and I've heard rumours u are leaving cos of ur job! Any truth? :-o

Local we have only got one booked so far so who is to say we won't be playing other teams with pitches that aren't ridgeons standard. We played Redgrave and long stratton last preseason who both are typical and comb set ups so I am sure we will do fine with a mix of friendlies. However I want us to be tested football wise as well.

Yes I am staying why wouldn't I be.

Yeah we all know ur pitch is good but are u telling me that a trip to diss or even stowmarket is less attractive than going to litcham or hempnall? Your having a laugh! Not knocking ur level as think it's decent but be real ;-)

local you have already ticked two of the list regarding pitches and facilities, town pitch his one of the worst around here and their changing rooms are tiny. the test is playing football against thetford.if you think all ridgens league teams have better pitches and grounds you are very wrong.
